Reviewing design drawing and construction plans to meets clients and designer requirment.
Managing projects and communicating with clients, designer, contractors, and other parties.
 Monitoring construction progress to meets deadlines.
 Creat detailed estimates, monitoring and report construction cost. Also negotiating with contractors to reach project budget.
Sub-contractor/ Manufacturer/ Supplier selection
Consulting construction tecnique and Quality control during construction
Recommending different materials or techniques to improve construction quality or reduce costs.
Attend weekly meeting to review Shop drawings / Material approvals and discussion with team to document approval process.
Creat and Develop Schedule for contractor to understand key milestones (Shop Drawing Submittals / Material Approvals /Procurement of Raw Materials/ Quality Control Inspections/ Off-Site Fabrication/ Delivery to Site/
Installation Timescales/ Defects Inspection and Final Handover)
